I had a wonderful time yesterday making monoprints, using a plate that I picked up recently at Dick Blick. These were my first efforts, and I'm excited to hit it again after learning what I did.
The type in the above print transfered on its own, cool, huh?
I'm working on a new children's book idea, and now I'm thinking about incorporating some monoprinting into the illustrations, it's so fun!
