I have done a little experimenting. Mixed media + thread + needle = fun!
Pale green star on old torn-up cardboard..
Feather, yellow cotton, and thread..
Tape transfer on vintage photo..
.. glued and sewn onto a dryer sheet from the laundry pile, sewn onto card stock. Transparent loveliness, little white x's of thread in each corner, sewing that looks like it was done by a six-year-old. So much fun and carefreeness. Is that a word? It is now.
